Why I cannot log in to Facebook? (back to top)

If you have entered correct user name and password, but still not able to log in to Facebook, it can be due to one of the following reasons:

a) You have not granted Snap2Face permission to access Facebook. This must be done on a DESKTOP computer if you use Pocket Internet Explorer on your device. Please follow STEP 1 of the instructions located at http://www.magnifoca.com/download_snap2face.html.

b) A root certificate required by Facebook may not have been installed properly on your device. During installation, if you did not see a pop up message stating “One or more certificate has been installed”, please manually install the certificate by using a File Manager on your device, browse to “\Windows” directory, locate “Equifax_Secure_Global_eBusiness_CA-1_DER.cer”, and click to install it.

Why I see login screen every time I launch Snap2Face? (back to top)

If you are prompted to enter login information every time you launch Snap2Face, it means the previous session has expired. You can request for non-expiring session, and this must be done on a DESKTOP computer if you use Pocket Internet Explorer on your device. Please follow STEP 1 of the instructions located at http://www.magnifoca.com/download_snap2face.html.

Why I see the “Photos in pending state…” message after photo upload? (back to top)

By default, photos uploaded by Snap2Face are in pending state, and needs approval from a desktop computer. To avoid this, you need to give Snap2Face “extended” permission for photo uploads. This must be done on a DESKTOP computer if you use Pocket Internet Explorer on your device. Please follow STEP 2 of the instructions located at http://www.magnifoca.com/download_snap2face.html.
